The BongaSafe install card and browser install option only appear when the device and browser support them.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Confirm BongaSafe is not already open in standalone app mode.

  2. 2

    Use Safari on iPhone or a supported Chromium browser on Android.

  3. 3

    On iPhone, use Share and Add to Home Screen even when no prompt appears.

  4. 4

    On Android, check the browser menu for Install app.
